High pressure. Process control.

High-pressure liquid pumps

Haskel air-driven pumps for pressure testing, clamping and operating hydraulic systems.

LIQUID PUMPS

Main applications

  • Pressure testing
  • Clamping and holding
  • Hydraulic actuation
Hold the pressure
The pump stops at the set pressure and resumes when it drops.
Control the rate
The operating rate can be regulated to process requirements.
Select by liquid
A choice of models, materials and seals to suit the application.

Pressure and flow depend on the model and operating conditions. Materials must be selected for the liquid.

Maximum pressure and maximum flow do not occur at the same operating point. The air column indicates the model's maximum drive pressure.

Process matching

Liquid and materials
Select pump body and seals for water, oil or process liquid, temperature and cleanliness requirements
Pressure holding
The pump stalls at pressure balance and restarts when system pressure drops
Air supply
Actual flow also depends on available air volume; no drive-line lubricator is required

Send us your operating point

Liquid and temperature • Required pressure and flow • Continuous or cyclic operation • Available air pressure and flow.

Family power ratings are nominal. Do not select a pump by ultimate pressure alone; check performance curves and material compatibility.
