Forms and quotation requests

On submission, contact details, technical data, attached files, the conversation summary and the conversation attached to the request are stored. Information is sent to the B.N. team via Microsoft 365, and an acknowledgment is sent to the email address you entered. A reference ID, delivery status and IP address are also stored for handling, duplicate prevention and abuse limits. Your enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Using the AI assistant

Messages you write to the assistant, technical data and product page context are sent to OpenAI to formulate responses and suggest missing details. A conversation summary is also created when a quotation request is submitted. Contact fields and attached files are not automatically sent to the model, but information you include in a message becomes part of the conversation. There is no need to enter passwords or sensitive personal information. You may complete the form without using the chat.

Storage in the browser and on the server

Conversation and data drafts are kept in temporary browser-tab storage to allow navigation between pages. Submitted enquiries are stored in the enquiry system and company mailbox for follow-up. Before submitting a quotation request, you can review the attached conversation and data. Google Ads measurement tools load only after your approval in the measurement preferences banner. Your choice is stored in the browser for 180 days. Display preferences chosen in the accessibility panel are also stored only in the browser, without being sent to the server, until reset or site data deletion. You can change your measurement choice with the 'Advertising measurement preferences' button at the bottom of each page.

Optional advertising measurement

If you approve measurement, Google Ads may use cookies, ad click identifiers, and device and network data to attribute an enquiry to advertising. A conversion event is sent only after the server confirms receipt of the form, with a random identifier to prevent duplicate counting. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, conversation content, specifications and files are not included in the event. We do not enable enhanced conversions or advertising personalization. Without approval, the Google tool is not loaded and forms continue to work. Withdrawing approval removes accessible site measurement cookies and reloads the page to stop the tool.
