Gas boosters
Gas boosters for pressure boosting, transfer between vessels and recovery of residual gas from a source vessel. Pneumatic drive enables integration into filling or testing systems; booster selection also depends on varying inlet pressure and the flow required at the end of filling.
The model will be added to your request. The B.N. team will check its suitability for your operating conditions.

Understand the application.
Applications
- Filling and transferring gas between vessels
- Pressure and leak testing
- Gas charging of hydraulic accumulators
- Pressurized gas supply to a process
Product features
- Selection between single-acting, double-acting and two-stage compression
- Gases such as nitrogen, argon, helium, hydrogen and oxygen — with gas-specific configuration
- Option to integrate a booster into an OEM system or complete pressure system
Data with a source.
| Parameter | Value and reference conditions |
|---|---|
| Gas booster family envelope | Up to 39,000 psi (2,690 bar), for suitable models and conditions; not a universal booster rating Source ↗ |
| Drive source for AG / AGD / AGT families | Compressed air; available pressure and flow are required to calculate performance Source ↗ |
Maximum pressure does not indicate usable flow at that pressure. Oxygen or flammable-gas service requires appropriate materials, cleanliness and safety configuration; suitability cannot be inferred from gas type alone.

| Model / series | Features |
|---|---|
| AG | Single-acting and one compression stage |
| AGD | Double-acting and one compression stage; families with different drive sizes are available |
| AGT | Two compression stages; consider when a high compression ratio is required |
